Hamas to release four Israeli female military hostages today
Gaza: Four Israeli women military hostages were released today, according to a statement from Hamas.
Karina Ariyo, Daniela Gilboa, Naama Levi, and Larry Elbag are the names of the female military hostages who were freed today; they were all part of a military unit, according to sources in the foreign media. At the time of the October 7, 2025, Hamas onslaught on Israel, these four Israeli army women were based close to Gaza.
According to international media, 200 Palestinian inmates will be released today in accordance with the ceasefire deal in Gaza, which stipulates that 50 Palestinian prisoners will be released for each Israeli soldier.
It is important to remember that, in accordance with the ceasefire agreement, Hamas released the first three Israeli inmates to the Red Cross on January 19. Ninety Palestinian captives were then released from Israeli prisons.
